The Strokes | Barely Legal

I had a conversation with this girl last night about the Strokes, and we came to the agreement that Is This It was their perfect album and that everything after never truly lived up to it.  I argued that Room on Fire was still pretty good, and she kind of agreed, but she said as an overall album it still doesn’t compare to the first (which is true).  

Anyway, Is This It has this certain vibe that makes it perfect for any summer, even 11 years later.
